It’s the end of the world as we know it, and I feel fine? #StreamTeam

End of the world

Turning on the news or seeing my smart phone flash breaking alerts from CNN every few minutes or so is getting overwhelming these days, some days it truly feels like the end of the world is coming.

Even today, on Halloween when the worst thing that should happen is you get jump scared by a clown or a tummy ache from too much sugar, there’s been a terrible terror related attack in NYC…again.

Every day, all around the world, there are mass shootings, genocide, famine, disease, devastating earthquakes, volcanoes erupting, acid attacks, terror attacks, stabbings and tsunamis. To top it all off North Korea and #45 have us all a little on edge with their escalating war of words on Twitter and twitchy fingers on their nuke buttons. It almost makes me want to build a bomb shelter in the backyard (and i’m only half-kidding) – gulp!

All of this has me wondering what I can do to help (and prepare ourselves for a natural disaster or otherwise). So in honour of my current binge watching of Stranger Things 2…

Here are 8 shows that can help you prepare for the end of world: (and let’s hope we never need to use this information!)
